Rates for 2024

Our standard rates:

Nightly - $300.00 . Weekly - $2,000.00 . Monthly - $7,500.00

VT rooms and meals tax is an additional 9%

$200. Security Deposit required.

We request half of the rental amount to reserve your time, the remainder is due one month before your reservation starts.
